Fundraiser for Independence Day 2009

FundraiserThe 3rd Annual Excursion/Fundraiser in support of UCC Toronto and Independence Day Celebrations this year was hosted at Fred and Irene Shlapak's summer home in Muskoka on Saturday, September 12, 2009.

A mini-bus was hired to transport guests safely from UCC grounds at 145 Evans to the Shlapak cottage.  Along the way - it picked up additional supporters at the Zaraska cottage in Lake Couchiching.The Shlapaks put in such a superb effort to make it a very memorable day for all.
The food was delicious, atmosphere relaxed, hosting gracious and the cottage - breathtaking!!!

We are indeed blessed to have such a group in our midst who give and understand the needs of the Ukrainian community.
We invite you to support UCC Toronto.
