"Constitution of Ukraine: How it was created and How it works during the War"

The webinar will feature Roman Bezsmertnyi, distinguished Ukrainian diplomat, statesman, and co-author of the Constitution of Ukraine, as the keynote speaker. The nationwide online event in Ukrainian language on the Constitution of Ukraine features insights from Roman Bezsmertnyi, a prominent constitutional expert, a statesman, a distinguished Ukrainian diplomat, statesman, and co-author of the Constitution of Ukraine.
The session explores the historical foundations, legal principles, and contemporary relevance of Ukraine’s constitutional framework, particularly in the context of governance, democratic reforms, and resilience during wartime.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of constitutional order, rule of law, and the institutional mechanisms that safeguard Ukraine’s sovereignty and democratic development during the war.
